KFC Nassau recently presented Hands for Hunger with a check for $38,882.92 to assist in providing food assistance to Bahamians through their 17 social service agency partners on the islands. More than $45,000 was raised by KFC Nassau through its Add Hope campaign, in its annual fight against hunger which was held in November and December.
Of the donated funds, nearly $40,000 stayed in The Bahamas and was given directly to Hands For Hunger, a hunger relief and food rescue agency organization.
The Add Hope hunger relief campaign, invited KFC Nassau’s customers, employees and the local community to join in the fight against hunger by making a monetary donation at the brand’s eight locations in New Providence.
